Exercise

There is no longer any doubt that exercise is invaluable to maintaining good health. Without exercise we lose muscle, increase fat deposits, lose bone, and increase the incidence of diabetes and heart disease. There is no short cut to exercise. It takes energy, time, and planning.

If you are going to make the time, why not exercise in the most efficient way to achieve your goals (weight loss, improve heart and lung function, increase stamina, build muscle, or build bone). At the Hammer Institute, we evaluate your current exercise regiment, and modify it to meet your specific goals.

The program will be a combination of aerobic and resistant workouts that can be adapted to meet your life style. Combined with a healthy diet, exercise can go a long way in rejuvenating your body and mind.
