By far, the most important part of any anti-aging or health program is proper diet and nutrition. This country has the highest number of deaths to diet related diseases (heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and obesity) than any other country in the world. The American diet is horrible. However, it does not have to be that way. Eating healthy can be very enjoyable when one has the proper knowledge and education.

Medical schools and residency programs notoriously leave out education on nutrition. I took it upon myself to learn and become an expert in the field. A healthy diet is quite simple to learn and easy to maintain. We are all human. We should all eat what human beings were designed to eat (fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, and good oils). Patients at the Hammer Institute will be able to make the right choices for food no matter what the situation. The end result will be a more ideal body composition, improved health, and prevention of the above diseases.
